Jesse, Why not log a TAR with Oracle to mention that their tech note pages don't appear to be working, you can't read them in your LINUX browser...
Yesterday I logged a TAR with them to mention that the OTN iAS security doc link for 1.0.2.2 is a dead link, and that we can't provide feedback to the Web master because the OTN forum wasn't working either. Over the past few years, I've put in TARs about the poorly-written HTML on the Metalink pages because it causes certain articles to be unreadable in browsers other than IE.
