Hi,

Check the processes runnning and identify the process
which i resulting in 100% CPU utilization.

you can check it by pressing ctrl+shift+esc. There
will be a tab Processes. Under thi tab it will how
each process that i running on your machine. 

My own experience says it will a trojan or something
like that which is cauing problem.
