In windows NT you cannot map the OS proces with v$session information. I hope there is a way to get the thread information and map it to V$SESSION, but in Task Manager it will only show as Oracle.exe for all the processes.
If you find out how to get the thread information and map it to v$session, please let me know. But the question is, are you having a problem with 100 CPU utilization? Is it for short periods or it happens for long duration without much corresponding DB activity?
