hi, here are more info for our actual config.
 
Server for 9iAS : OS=win2000 db=Oracle9i
Each db is on a separate server.
App 1 : 8 users    Database server 1 Oracle 9i / unix NCR
App 2 : 3 users    Database server 2 Oracle9i / NT
App 3 : 87 users  Database server 3 Oracle9i / NT
App 4 : 20 users  Database server 4 Oracle9i / NT
multisite network configuration with optique fiber.
We want to use OEM for monitoring purpose.

Nobody can. As with just about anything, it will depend on what size the app will be, what the access pattern will be, and how available it has to be.
