I thought I should add, if you wanted to comment out people in your pager
list, you could do something like:
sed 's/^[ ][ ]*//g; /^#/d' "${ADMIN_DIR"/who_to_page" | while read
LINE; do
PAGER_PERSON="${PAGER_PERSON},${LINE}"
....
Note: The brackets in the sed statement have a space and a tab in them to
handle the paranoia factor.
