Last year I tried to install Internet Security on a Windows
98 PC. It was one of the most horrific installation
processes, if you can call it a process, that I've ever been
through. I never did get the software working. I was so
frustrated, I was ready to beat my head against the wall. In
the end, I sent the CD back to Symantec with a letter taking
them up on the "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back"
in their license agreement. They never even replied.

Oddly enough given all the grief I had with that one product
of theirs, I'm quite happy with Norton Anti-virus, and I use
it on all my PCs.
