Jonathan:

Sounds like the same problem I'm having.  I have gotten a lot of help from
their help desk people, but nothing works.  Still the same problems.  I have
one more suggestion from them to try and then I'll return the CDROM.  Do you
use anything on your PC's now for internet security?
