How can I say this... "Don't confuse learning how to pass the performance tuning exam with learning how to make systems faster."

Honestly how can you test a newbie in performance tuning ? shouldn't it be a part of ocm ? Instead of putting that riduculous condition of attending Oracle classes to give ocp they should see how much experience you have before allowing you to appear for performance tuning exam. I would be much more prepared for the exam if I had apprenticed under you for a while.
