As Hoppo says, many ways to solve it.
It can be this way:
SELECT * FROM USER_TAB_COLUMN
WHERE TAB_NAME IN (SELECT TARGET_TABLE FROM TAB1)
AND TAB_NAME IN (SELECT SOURCE_TABLE FROM TAB1)
