Primary Role: Relational Database Programmer/Analyst
Work Location: Bridgeport, CT
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 4+months
Description:
Report developer with 3 or more years experience to support
information delivery processes and report development. Proficiency in
SAS and SQL programming is needed to develop reports and data extracts
from a SQL Server data warehouse. Good analytical, problem solving,
and communication skills are required. Candidate must have the ability
to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
This Information Management team is responsible for maintaining a Data
Warehouse and producing reports from it. Under minimal supervision,
this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operational
processes supporting these responsibilities. This will include file
transmission support, monitoring report creation and distribution, and
data quality validation. As a secondary role, this candidate will also
be involved with internal customers to define requirements for new
reports and adhoc data queries. Successful completion of the contract
period may have the option to become a permanent employee
