*Job Description:*

currently seeking a Change Management Analyst for a position in Columbus,
OH.  Qualified candidates will play a key role in ensuring projects meet
objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to
business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will
be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that
maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change
Management Consultant will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate
utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in
the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and
the achievement of results and outcomes.


*Roles and responsibilities*

   - Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
   - Complete change management assessments and impacts
   - Create change management strategy
   - Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
   - Identify and manage anticipated resistance
   - Consult and coach project teams and managers
   - Create the communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan,
   resistance management plan.
   - Support communication efforts
   - Integrate change management activities into project plan
   - Evaluate and ensure user readiness
   - Manage stakeholders
   - Track and report issues
   - Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

*Change Management Tasks*

   - Build communication/status reporting/awareness steps for Overall
   Program and project plans
   - Build a coalition of Business Unit representatives to communicate
   project information, status, rollouts, select target users and testers as
   needed, gather and provide feedback for rollouts schedules and products
   - Develop and lead monthly meetings to communicate project information
   and status
   - Maintain project artifacts and manage updates to Project website
   - Maintain project artifacts and manage updates to program sharepoint
   - Create/maintain mailbox for project communications
   - Develop and maintain rules for project communication efforts
   - Build guidelines for when/how/what to include in project
   communications to employees
   - Build program strategy statement
   - Build project fact sheets
   - Build lists of testers for project rollouts
   - Build lists of targeted users for project rollouts
   - Develop tag line for Security program/used for user impact projects
   - Communicate project rollout information and dates to impacted users
   - Build communication lists for project rollouts
   - Create templates for rollout communications
   - Develop project surveys to improve rollout/product experiences
   - As part of project development gather user feedback to improve
   project/product FAQs
   - Organize/assist in creating product review sessions to facilitate
   feedback for the projects/products to the Business Unit and OpCos

*Skills and Qualifications*

   - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change
   process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
   - Experience and knowledge of change management principles,
   methodologies and tools.
   - Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
   - Excellent active listening skills.
   - Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
   - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
   - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
   - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
   - Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
   - Forward looking with a holistic approach.
   - Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
   - Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
   - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
   - Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and
   through others.
   - Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and
   challenges.
   - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of
   the project lifecycle.
   - Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
   - Change management certification or designation desired.
   - Prosci Certification a plus.
   - Bachelor Degree in relevant field such as Computer Science,
   Information Systems, or Business. Three or more years of related experience.
