*High Level Project Description :*



Contract Management – requirements gathering



Lead the business requirements definition for a contract management system
that meets the following high level needs:

1.      A central repository and an enterprise-wide, structured process to
manage contract creation and execution

2.      The ability to effectively manage contract milestones via automated
alerts

3.      Automated workflow for contract review and approvals





*Scope of Responsibility:*



·         Works as a business analyst to define requirements for a contract
management system





*Mandatory Skills Needed:  *

·         Documented experience completing process and systems improvement
projects in the areas of Finance

·         5-8 years of experience as a business analyst

·         Documented experience working defining and creating requirements

·         Documented experience leading design sessions and working with
different levels of stakeholders

·         Document experience creating future state process flows that are
system agnostic

·         Knowledge of Finance business processes and applications
(contract management, purchasing, document retention)



*Desirable Skills:*



·         Understand a process and systems approach to problem solving.

·         Ability to work independently including:

o   Interacting with the end-user to clarify and confirm requirements

o   Documenting requirements in a manner that can be understood by the end
user (for sign-off) and the developer (for coding)

o   Working with end-users to explain new functionality, and obtain user
sign-off.

·         Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
including the ability to convey technical information to technical and
non-technical users.

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

·         Ability to skillfully evaluate process effectiveness and develop
change or alternatives.

·         Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work
assignments simultaneously.

·         Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team.

·         Working Knowledge of: Project Delivery, Project Risk Mgmt,
Project Communication, Decision Making, Software Development Lifecycle



*Deliverables:*



·         Identify and document processes, requirements and use case
scenarios which may include process

·         Stakeholder register
