This team will be partnering with PMO to provide cross team technical leadership for projects. As well as working with the Design Segment Leads on all delivery teams to create comprehensive cross-platform detailed designs. This Engineer will require the DNA of a leader and be needed to provide mentorship for teams on new technologies and processes with POCs, Samples, etc. They are a heavy MS shop (MS shop for systems and programming languages). These engineers also need to have strong communication skills as they will be presenting these solutions to Client and Customer Managers as well as Managers and Executives at the company. (Local candidates only) *Responsibilities:* Work in partnership with customers, Design Segment Leads, developers and systems engineers to plan, design and implement successful deployments, including production, assessment, and POC’s Design, document, and develop implementation guides and technical specifications for solutions. Performs consistent assessments to understand product reliability, resiliency and availability needs of a particular solution. Assists with troubleshooting and performance tuning. Evaluates incidents and problems related to production solutions and incorporates appropriate design alterations to fix problems. Might also be involved in activity including conducting product demos and serving as a technical point of contact for questions *Requirements:* BA in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 5+ years of skills in systems analysis/engineering and an understanding of systems analysis/modeling techniques, concepts and procedures *Expert abilities with networking, security, package management, and development tools *Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally to recognize shared goals and objectives. Capacity to set short and long-term department objectives that align with overall IT organizational path. Established track record of delivering high quality products and services resulting in highly satisfied consumers. Involvement working with vendors to deliver on business needs. Knowledge working efficiently across divisional lines in a complex, multi-site business. *Confirmed skills across a range of technologies, i.e., C#, MS SQL Server and distributed computing models*. Experience in healthcare is desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships and to work at all levels of the company including senior and executive management.
