*Role: MEAN / Full Stack JavaScript Developer * *Location : Boston, MA* *Duration : 6+ Months* *MEAN / Full Stack JavaScript Developer * As a full stack JavaScript developer, you will lead all aspects of a project’s development from initial conception through launch. You will help plan the architecture, create technical specifications where required, and either lead a team of developers through the entire lifecycle of a project, or work solely on all development for the project. This role is responsible for ensuring technical requirements and standards are defined and met, and may assume additional project responsibilities. He/she will also serve as an advisor to the existing development team as we transition from ASP.NET to a full stack JavaScript environment *Key Accountabilities: * *Project Oversight * • Direct the digital project delivery to ensure clients’ needs are met • Complete system development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities, contributing to team meetings and troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms • Serve as advisor to the account team, digital strategy team, production team, development team, any outsourced contractors on the project and the client • Oversee quality assurance (QA), ensuring delivery meets technical requirements • Will assume developer accountabilities as needed *Requirement Determination * • Help determine the technical requirements of assigned projects; help define site objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality • Work with the project team to determine the correct priorities of features and functionality throughout development life cycle • Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and off-the-shelf alternatives, 3rd party APIs, etc. • Working with client IT team, determine security needs of assigned projects and ensure compliance with client platforms *Talent Management * • Help lead the transition from ASP.NET to MEAN stack • Support and help develop the creative and development teams by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities to ensure team stays current with changing technologies. • Participate in hiring and developing talent needed to meet future needs *Requirements: * • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 8+ years developing digital/technical solutions; agency experience preferred • Technical skills and knowledge in a broad range of pertinent areas, including many of the following: digital platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet, kiosk) • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS • Some experience with ASP.NET and C# • Some experience with CSS Pre-processors (i.e. SASS, LESS) • Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system • Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts • Development languages/libraries (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery) • Technical knowledge and understanding of APIs and familiarity with the legal and contractual issues associated with their use. *Thanks and Regards,* *Ajit Rathore* *Recruiter-IDC Technologies, CA* *Phone: **408-418-5779 <408-418-5779> Ext: 257* *Email:** [email protected]/ <[email protected]/> [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
