Skills Requirements: *Required:* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in the English language and demonstrate strong grammatical accuracy. Demonstrated ability to identify and document business, program, and application requirements, and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to assess application data validation plans. Demonstrated ability to decompose meeting discussions into items of record and action and document these items. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel. *Desired:* Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Experiencing in mainframe legacy data conversion projects.
