CRM analytics can be considered a form of online analytical processing (OLAP) and may employ data mining. * Job Description:* This is a SAP CRM Trade Production Support Contractor position. It is an individual contributor role providing production support to the *SAP CRM TPM, TFM, and TCM *functional areas. Responsible for resolving production break/fix issues in accordance with SLA guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a very strong working knowledge of the Trade Promotions / Funds / Claims Management business process and systems, exceptional problem solving capabilities, a strong desire to drive the availability of the systems, and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment across multiple geographic locations. Must have ability to communicate with end user community to perform incident analysis and resolution.
