Financial Business System Analyst Location: New York Duration: Long duration Rate: $500/day MAX. Must have solid financial experience working for large banks in NY. *Job Purpose* This is a specialist role supporting the Financial Investigation Unit in conducting detailed research of vast quantities of transactional data from the AML Surveillance system and data warehouses for the purposes of : Enhancing business process to reduce AML risk Supporting the delivery of operational processes i.e. capacity modelling Conducting analysis of transactional data to support the analysis of country and industry risk Supporting the surveillance optimization program The job holder will also manage the production of business critical reports relating to the overall management of AML risk *Knowledge and Expertise:* -Preferred BSA/AML knowledge 5 years experience in data mining relating to industry wide AML surveillance systems -Comprehensive knowledge of the Mantas product [logic, scenario functionality, mappings] and data elements. -Understanding of data requirements to ensure data source feeds are identified, mapped and prepared to meet the data specification. -Strong technical skills with experience using Oracle Advanced SQL programming Excellent MS Office skills - Including Excel, and Access -Excellent analytical skills and Excellent oral and written communication skills Creative thinking. -Ability to interpret complex data. -Strong understanding of market place AML issues and AML suspicious activity transaction monitoring systems, data mining/analytical tools Knowledge of Correspondent Banking wire activity flows -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
