Must haves: 3-5 years as lead Enterprise Architect designing and building Enterprise class Messaging Middleware solutions 7+ years are senior level developer, with emphasis on developing Enterprise class messaging middleware applications and systems Strong technical expertise in Microsoft .NET technology, with proven portfolio of Enterprise class, mission critical, high-volume middleware solutions Strong architecture and systems design expertise, particularly in Enterprise systems with very high transaction volumes Strong UML expertise, able to create solution designs in Enterprise Architect case tool Strong background of identifying and documenting best practice patterns, techniques and approaches Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSD, etc.) – this is preferred, not mandatory.
