Job Title:Testing Specialist (III)    - Financial & Accounting Systems,
Healthcare Financial Systems,  Test Methodologies, Health Insurance, SQL, QC

Note. Must have Experience in Health Claims

duties include but are not limited to the following: *Provide comprehensive
testing of business solutions in support of multiple business processes
*Provide oversight and final review of testing design and evaluations
*Consult with client and technical staff to resolve business/technical
issues and needs. *Develop test cases in HP quality center *Lead and mentor
junior testers *Consult with clients to resolve business issues *Develop
testing approaches based on documented requirements Job Requirements:
*Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience *6 or more years work
experience in an testing role *3 or more years of client consulting
experience *Knowledge of systems, programming languages and tools used in
the IT industry *Experience with operating environments *Knowledge of
requirement-gathering methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
(SDLC) *Experience with HP quality center *Experience Rational requisite pro
and QDQ tools *Experience with Visio *PC skills Business Specific Criteria
(preferred skills): *Bachelors degree related to Information Technology or
equivalent work experience *Experience using version control tools such as
ClearCase *Experience using HP Quality Center *Experience using SQL or
analytical tools, SAS *Experience with testing Health claims *Knowledge of
the Health Care industry *Experience in leading small to large projects.
*Experience in leading small to medium teams. *Ability to multi task.
*Ability to work independently and overcome obstacles *Knowledge of change
management process
