Work with the ECO Engineering teams for the assigned application during the in-cycle (bug fixes) and the out-of-cycle (new releases) application changes. Represent Operations requirements and complete deliverables as per the engineering methodology process. Automate day to day tasks, as needed, to facilitate more efficient processes and reliable operations. Create, contribute and track to project plans related to engineering work and subsequent release plans for given systems.
