Mandatory Skills: *Ability to understand business requirements and translate the same into high-level and low-level detail design document for SAS installation. Good knowledge of Unix and File systems *Good live experience of installing SAS and related components in Windows as well as UNIX environment* Knowledge of working with Server team and Unix team and troubleshooting issues while installation Excellent knowledge of *SAS Metadata Management* console and all components including Server management, User Management, Library management etc. Good knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide and configuration. Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of SAS programming to troubleshoot user’s issues. *Desirable Skills:* SAS Administration which includes *SAS management console, SAS Enterprise Guide* *Server Management experience (Windows and Unix)* Knowledge of Unix *Roles and Responsibilities:* Installing SAS in Windows and Unix Servers Setting up servers, Oracle DB connections, Libraries, user access etc in SAS Management console Setting up SAS access and configuration of SAS Enterprise Guide Solution Design, Tech spec documentation and implementation Work with Unix team and server team to set up SAS and file systems etc Lead a team of developers. Providing technical guidance. Implementing standards and guidelines for development.
