· 3 + years experience working with Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, Event Studio, scheduling reports, creating drill through and bursting reports, charts, etc. · 2-3 years of experience with Cognos 8.4/10 Framework Manager Modeling. · Must have experience working with multidimensional power play cubes · Should have experience in designing scorecards and dashboards is required. · Ability to work in a face paced and dynamic work environment, where an agile, proof of concept approach to reporting is required. · Experience with Oracle 11g or SQL server is required · Experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions and brainstorming workshops. · Enthusiastic, motivated, and curious about learning the business. · Experience with dimensional modeling including facts and dimensions, star and snowflake schemas, and OLAP tools and techniques. · Strong database and analytical skills. · Must have excellent written and verbal skills, experience working directly with end users, and the ability to work independently.
