chosen candidate's responsibilities will include developing large molecule
bio-analytical assays via LC-MS and/or on different ligand-binding assay
platform tools.
Duties will include: • Explore new assay technologies and/ or new
combinatorial analysis of given tools like i.e. affinity enrichment for
LC-MS/MS based quantification.
 • Plan and conduct experiments following SOP. Independently perform assay
development, including experimental design, execution, data review, making
conclusions and experimental optimization.
 • Proficient in liquid sample handling, including pipetting, transfer,
serial dilution, and solution preparation.
 • Perform sample preparation from biological matrixes including i.e.
plasma, blood, urine and tissue to support PK and PK/PD studies.
 • Implement lab automation approaches to sample preparation and lab
information management.
• Good documentation practice, notebook keeping for method development and
bio-analytical summaries.

previous experience in large molecule quantitation by ligand-binding assays
and/or LC-MS.
Candidates should be proficient in instrument software, including UV/VIS
plate reader and MSD plate reader, and also scientific software, including
Excel fit, Prism and Analyst/Excalibur etc.
Candidates should also have hands-on experience with liquid handling
automation instruments, including *TECAN,* Hamilton, Beckman
