Exp Level: 10+ Years Skills: ü 12+year of experience as Performance Tuning DBA (Specialized in PT). ü Expert in analyzing past 1 month of AWR/ADDM/ASH report and generate custom (graph) report with recommended solution to resolve performance issue. ü Expert in OEM Performance Tuning tools. ü Expert in fixing the Performance issue in Data guard/RAC/Exadata. ü Expert in analyzing the performance issues at OS/SAN/Network level. ü Person has to handle CINC (critical INC's) which affect the database performance and provide solution within SLA deadline. ü Person has to handle the production performance issues which are unable to resolve by database production support team. ü Person will be the point of contact for production database performance issues. ü Look into the reoccurring performance issue and provide permanent fix. ü Dedicated to work only as Performance Tuning DBA. - Mayank Sharma IDC Technologies Inc.
