*Profile: *
·         Having an overall experience of 10+ years in the IT industry out
of which at least 3 Years are in the area of IT Service Management
consulting and ITIL process and tool Implementation
* Responsibilities:*
·         Independently managed full ITIL lifecycle implementation projects
·         Handing projects for As-Is assessment, gap analysis and
identifying the improvement opportunities for the ITIL processes.
·         Presenting the Gap Analysis based on the assessment and advising
customers.
·         Development of Service Management roadmap for customers and
helping in the implementation of the initiatives.
·         ITSM Process definition and deployment support including creation
of process documentation.
·         ITSM Tool assessment, recommendation and integration with
processes for customers as well as internal tools.
·         Good exposure to ITSM tools such as HPSM, Service-Now and BMC,
including tool administration, support and configuration implementation
experience.
·         Should have worked on at-least one ITSM tool implementation
project end-to-end.
·         Conducting internal reviews and process assessment for compliance
checks.
·         Participate in the internal process and compliance initiatives.
·         Creating training materials, conducting sessions around ITIL for
set of internal users & using innovative techniques for education &
awareness*.**Core Skills:*·         ITIL Assessment and Management
·         ITIL Process design & implementation
·         ITSM Tool assessment, implementation
·         ITSM Tool platform support and administration

*Professional Certifications:*
·         ITIL V3 Foundation (required)
·         ITIL V3 Intermediate in any one of SO, SD, ST (required)
·         Any ITSM Tool Admin Certification (desired)
·         ITIL V3 Expert(desired)

*Technical Skills*
*ITSM Tools:*
·         Working knowledge of tools such as HP Service Manager, Service
Now, Cherwell CSM, BMC Remedy & CA Service Desk.
·         Expertise with MS Excel for reporting, tool creation and
scripting.
