*Job Description:*



Responsible for design, architecture, development and ongoing support of
our enterprise Salesforce CRM solution that support sales and services
organization in an Agile environment. An ideal candidate will have a solid
understanding of software development lifecycle in building enterprise
applications and is willing to mentor junior team members.



*Principal Duties and Responsibilities :*



·         Acts as a principal contributor to the specification, design and
implementation of software subsystems. Performs analysis of complex
systems/configuration, creates architecture, functional and design
specifications, codes and debugs complex software, investigates and
troubleshoots critical problem areas and executes corrective action.

·         Actively involved in all stages of the Salesforce development
projects (i.e. definition, development, deployment)

·         Plays a lead role in investigating/evaluating new CRM
technologies/add-ons to meet current and future needs; analyzes current
technology with respect to product strategies.

·         Leverage experience with Java/.Net development, Web Services
(SOAP/REST) and Databases to build integration points between Salesforce
and back-end systems.

·         Train other development resources on Salesforce development
practices as needed.

·         Implementing solid, maintainable design and code using standard
practices and tools

·         Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases



*Qualifications Required:*



·         Minimum of 7 years of progressive software development experience.

·         4 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com
administration, integration tools and APIs.

·         Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, Chatter & App-exchange applications.

·         Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles,
Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Workflows, Approval Processes,
Reports and Dashboards

·         In-depth experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting,
Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Account
Management, Case Management.

·         Able to configure and maintain user security permissions in
compliance with the Security office within the organization.

·         Extensive experience in designing Custom formula fields, field
dependencies, Validation rules, Workflows, Approval process for automated
alerts, field updates and Email generation.

·         Hands on experience with Apex, Triggers, Visual force Pages,
Components and Controllers

·         Experience in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, Java script,
JQuery, Web Services (SOAP/REST)

·         Salesforce Administration (*ADM 201*) certification is mandatory.

·         Leverage experience with Java/.Net development, Web Services
(SOAP/REST) and Databases to build integration points between Salesforce
and back-end systems
