The person will be interacting with various levels of Finance that include Analysts, Managers, and Controllers throughout the client in USA. Job Duties and Responsibilities (after sufficient training period): • Work with the client IT Support team and finance business people in gathering requirements, designing, developing, unit testing, support integration and user acceptance testing • Development, execution, and documentation of test scripts • Development and maintenance of technical specifications • Develop and support VB.Net applications that integrate source systems and financial systems. • Develop and support VB.Net applications that meet specific needs to financial organization • Develop and support client Finance’s self-service FMS Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence environment using the Microsoft BI stack technologies of SSIS (Integration Services); SSRS (Reporting Services); MDS (Master Date Services); DQS (Data Quality Services); and SSAS (Analysis Services – OLAP and/or Tabular) • Provide post-installation and production support Minimum Education Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Preferred Education Requirement: • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Minimum Experience Requirements: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of VB.NET; Microsoft SQL Server TSQL. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS • Experience coding complex object oriented programs (VB, C#, Java, C++,.NET) • Demonstrated skills in organization, prioritization, time-management, and decision-making • Good oral & written communication skills • Proven leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/technologies readily Preferred Experience Requirements: • Good knowledge and experience in the SDLC (System Design Life Cycle) including working with business people in gathering requirements, designing, developing, unit testing, user acceptance testing and post install support • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Server tool BI Stack of:: • SSIS (Integration Services) • SSRS (Reporting Services) • MDS (Master Date Services) • DQS (Data Quality Services) • SSAS (Analysis Services – OLAP and/or Tabular) • Database • Good knowledge and experience in Data Warehouse design (Kimball Group) of: • Dimensional Modeling • ETL Design • Dimensional and Facts Maintenance • Good knowledge of using MS Excel in Analytical and Business Intelligence Environments. • Good knowledge of using SharePoint in Analytical and Business Intelligence Environments. • Knowledge of database design including the ability to write complex queries • Familiarity with code version control tools • Working knowledge of financial applications. *Thanks and Regards* *Zulfiqar Ahmed* *Sage Group Consulting, Inc* W:+ 732 767 0010 X 704 | Direct: 732 851 1637 |Email: [email protected] YM: ahmed_maccadin | Gtalk: ahmed.maccadin LinkedIn: in.linkedin.com/pub/ahmed-zulfiqar/21/950/44b/ Website: www.sageci.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
