Required skills. A successful applicant must have: o Experience with developing Documentum software including strong development work on WDK applications o Experience with general document management and document life cycle processes o Experience with Documentum. o Experience with Documentum (DFC) and Oracle APIs o Experience building applications in fault tolerant environments (clustering, load balancing) o A solid background in information or interface design and implementation of workflow. o Knowledge of .NET, SQL/DQL, VB6, ASP, XML, Java, Java Script, VB Script; o Must communicate effectively with technical, planning and business resources assigned to the project. o Experience in maintaining focus and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o A strong background interfacing with multiple customers; ability to coordinate effectively, multi-task and manage pressure o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Experience in analyzing/researching alternative solutions and developing/implementing recommendations accordingly o Commitment to team-work and establishing strong internal and external business relationships o Proven ability to work using different styles as needed to accommodate the situations encountered. o Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture/design. o Experience in assessing change impacts and the development of task estimates. o Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). o Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills. o History of providing strong customer service.
