As part of your proposal package, therefore, each firm must propose candidates whose resumes at a minimum show meaningful production experience and knowledge in the following skill sets: 1) Documented and demonstrable field experience in designing, building, testing and deploying applications in Windows Server® 2003 environment. 2) Documented and demonstrable field experience in designing, building, testing and deploying applications in Microsoft® Visual Basic.NET/ ASP.NET (utilizing ADO.NET) Platform using the latest version of Microsoft® Visual Studio® .NET 2008 Enterprise Architect. 3) Familiarity with using PeopleSoft® Component Interface for PeopleTools version 8.22. 4) Documented and demonstrable field experience in transitioning from Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 to Microsoft® .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. 5) Documented and demonstrable field experience in creating and successfully running Oracle® Stored Procedures and Packages using Oracle® SQL Developer 1.5. 6) Documented and demonstrable field experience using Microsoft’s Patterns and Practices as published by Microsoft® at the following link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/practices/default.aspx. 7) Documented and demonstrable field experience in developing applications with compliance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADA), including the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 508), NYS Information Technology Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications ( http://www.oft.state.ny.us/Policy/NYS-P08-005.pdf and other industry standards, including mandatory technology standards adopted by NYS, for use by persons with disabilities. 8) Demonstrate experience in the following back end data connections: a. Microsoft® Windows Server® 2003 Enterprise Edition; b. Microsoft® Windows Server® 2003Active Directory®; c. PeopleSoft® PeopleTools version 8.22; d. Microsoft® SQL Server 2005; and e.
