*Position: Business/System Analyst* *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration: 6+ months* *Prefers Locals* Desired: *Flight training applications experience Certification or experience with Agile methods* Skills: Agile Methodology * Business Process Modeling * Requirements Gathering * Social Collaboration WorkFlow Modeler Written and oral communication skills * We are seeking a top Business Process Analysis candidate with at least five years of lead experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting and mapping business processes turning these into requirements for IT systems. This senior-level Business Process Analyst will be working to document/map existing manual processes to support the implementation of an enterprise-wide flight training and scheduling system. Qualified candidates should have in-depth experience developing detailed process maps while also completing functional and user specification documents, as well as must be a strategic thinker, results driven, detailed orientated and capable/comfortable of assuming responsibility for analysis assignments in order to work with minimal supervision. This candidate should have experience and in-depth expertise with process modeling and mapping. Also, experience working with formal development methodologies, be knowledgeable of various business analysis techniques and have experience documenting processes in MS Visio. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years business process modeling and mapping with capabilities of drafting logical data process models • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry • Identifies client/organization's processes and develops maps identifying processes with recommendations/suggestions on areas of improvement • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements • Should have experience modeling business processes and data and capable of drafting logical data models • Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills • Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude • Experience in writing functional and user specifications • Experience with formal development methodologies • Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques • Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from business unit teams Desired: Flight training applications experience Certification or experience with Agile methods -- Thanks & Regards, Abhi [email protected]--
