Need: Sr/BA/PM with Kronos Duration: 6 months Location: Boston, MA *Prefer Locals (F2F interview)* ·Candidate will work on Kronos production support items for Kronos ver 6.0 configuration changes, modifications and performance issue fixes Candidate will interface with Business Users, Kronos Vendor, Business Analysts to provide the required support. Requirements: · Minimum 2+ years of experience managing IT projects for Kronos Workforce Management system. · Strong planning, organizational skills are required. · Experience with Kronos pay rules, accrual rules, time cards, schedules, time clocks etc. · Experience with Microsoft SQL database, query language and stored procedures. · Knowledge of Crystal Reporting tool is a plus. · Experience with HR/Payroll Business Applications · High level analytical and problem solving skills are required · Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxely compliance and Systems Life Cycle Methodology. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation as well as outside consultants. -- Thanks & Regards, Abhi [email protected]--
