*NEED CANDIDATES WHO CAN FURNISH 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES * Location: Houston, TX Duration: 4-6 months rate: Open Role: Sr.Remedy Developer The purpose of this job is to coordinate and perform process changes, system enhancements, and bug fixes for IT processes supported by BMC’s Remedy application suite. Activities • Work directly with end users to prioritize enhancements and big fixes. • Define work plans for tasks required to implement changes. • Facilitate process change and business requirements gathering and document in deliverables. • Collaborate with Remedy Developers on design options to meet requirements. • Facilitate meetings between Remedy Developers and other groups within IT for designing interfaces to Remedy. • Assist end users and Remedy Developers with data conversion mappings and loads. • Build reports using standard BMC Remedy reporting tools for use by end users. • Perform IT unit testing of changes and coordinate end user testing. • Coordinate the development of training materials and communications. • Define detail plans for migrating changes to the test and production environments and coordinate execution of the plans. • Report status of enhancements and bug fixes.
