Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Providing client-facing support for security solutions, including Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP). - Leading the issue resolution process in collaboration with globally dispersed Client’s IT support teams and business partners - Sharing functional knowledge of IT solutions with business partners to support their operational performance - Collecting and document functional requirements for new projects or system enhancements - Leading IT implementation projects in collaboration with globally dispersed Client’s IT support teams and business partners - Planning and execute and/or coordinate the execution of product and integrated testing procedures - Creating and maintaining support processes including related system documentation Required Qualifications: - Experience with Antivirus Software (SEP) or other Antivirus Security products/processes** - Team player ** - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills ** - Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills ** - Very good written communication and documentation skills ** - Strong customer and process orientation ** - Good planning and organizing skills ** - Experience supporting Antivirus Administration toolsets ** Desired Qualifications: - IT security knowledge or certifications - Experience working on large-scale global projects** � ? c a pe � _ mal style='color:#003366;text-align:justify;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo4; tab-stops:list .5in'>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5-6 years experience required. -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
