Title: *UAT Lead Coordinator* Location: Boston, MA. Duration : 6 Months + We are currently looking for a UAT LEAD COORDINATOR to join our team to work onsite at a regional health insurance client in the greater Boston area supporting them in a number of key business units. *UAT lead with lots of healthcare exp....in claims side : this is the Key* Job Summary / Description: The ideal candidate MUST have strong experience in the health care domain, with experience coordinating and leading UAT on a large program. The candidate MUST have the ability to interact and coordinate with business experts to understand the business flows and business rules. The ideal candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills and have experience working with different business teams, with the ability to manage stakeholders. Stakeholders include program leads, project managers, product owners, and 3rd parties. The position will require cross functional team working experience with the ability to manage across multiple areas of the program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable thinking strategically to formulate an appropriate UAT plan based on an understanding of the business and the program. The candidate must be assertive, independent, and possess strong leadership skills. Required Skills: The UAT Lead Coordinator will formulate the strategy and plan the UAT for a major client program. The candidate will interact and coordinate across business teams who perform the UAT.
