Description: Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor's degree required · Minimum of five years of technical experience in software development · 2 years of C#/.Net, MVC, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS, T-SQL, WCF or web services Knowledge And Skills · A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. · Strong knowledge in the following areas: o C#/.Net and MVC o WCF or web services o JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and T-SQL - prefer at least two years of experience. · Familiarity with TFS is a plus. · Technical knowledge in software development methodologies · Domain and industry knowledge · All phases of the development cycle including concept, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation · Awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans · Able to demonstrate strong skills in the following areas: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Ability to respond to changing tasks and priorities, as well as triage support cases. o Strong communication skills. Ability to work directly with end customers as needed. o Ability to work with other groups within the organization to diagnose problems and offer solutions. o Good mentoring skills. Willingness to help junior team members. · Software design and implementation · Analysis and design at multiple-project level · Research, analysis and problem resolution · Communication and interpersonal · Organizational and time management · Able to create deliverables for each phase of the development cycle. · Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with minimal assistance, while remaining flexible to changing requirements. · Able to provide task estimates including effort and cost; able to adjust these estimates as appropriate and necessary. · Microsoft and other programming/software engineering related certifications a plus and/or an active desire to pursue such certifications. · Developed and supported mobile application(s) (Android or iOS or both) a plus.
