US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS PREFERRED – MUST BE AN ARCHITECT – MUST COMMUNICATE VERY VERY VERY VERY WELL* Client in Monroe, CT is looking for a Data Warehouse Architect / DW Architect *who has experience working w/ SSAS and SSIS. *This is a 1 year contract w/ extensions. If you are not interested please pass along to colleagues/associates for review. FACE TO *FACE INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED!!!!!!* You will be responsible for building a data warehouse to standardize over 30 different databases (*DB2, ACCESS, SQL Server, SAS *etc.). The client's line of business is retail/distribution. Experience in this line of business is a plus. This project is starting from the ground up beginning with the analysis of the existing databases. The client is in the process of converting to SQL Server 2014 from SQL Server 2000 and will be completing this shortly. Experience with .NET technologies is a definite plus. As the consultant in charge of this project you will start out as the sole resource and will be expected to act as team lead as other resources are brought on board for this project.
