* *8-12 years of experience*
* *Responsible for requirements elaboration for a large BPM project
for a bank in their Corporate Trust Group*
* Should have strong Financial Domain knowledge
* Especially in Debt Capital Markets
* Knowledge of client onboarding for raising Debt capital and
associated process
* Prior work experience specifically knowledge for client onboarding
processes
* Should have strong Agile project experience and as BA would be
defining the requirements in terms of stories; clearly specitying
the acceptance criteria; business rules
* This role will be working closely with the Product Owner from the
Business
* Should have familiarity with BPM (Business processing management)
methods and tools -ability to define elaborate business workflows;
processes
* Knowledge of BPM modelling tools like Blue Works from IBM is desired
* Would be facilitating workshops with SME's.
* Documentation of process and work flows
* Development of clear and detailed process maps and business
requirements identifying issues and risks
* At least 3-5 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst, on
large and complex projects
* Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively
analyze business process and workflows
* Experience fac ilitating workshops and focus groups
* Strong business/client engagement skills
* Experience developing business requirements
