* Responsible for doing Integration development (to integrate IBM BPM
platform with legacy applications/DB and hence should be well versed
in the Integration technologies and skills
* Hands on development with Web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and EAI
Patterns on IBM/BEA/WSO2 Application
* Good to know ESB/Messaging
* Should have Java 7; JAX-WS RI and JAX-RS2.0
* Experience in working with IBM Technology stack
* 8 + years with Java Framework: Core Spring, Spring Security, Spring
WS, Spring JDBC Templates, and Hibernate
* General web application development skills with JavaScript framework
such as JQuery / DOJO
* Currnet working knowledge of CI and Build Configuration such as
Hudson/Jenkins and Maven
* Extensive JVM Performance tuning experience
