*Duration: Long Term Contract* GC/EAD/CZ only. ****TCM is* *Transition Change Management*** Description: Sales and Marketing IT (SMIT) Customer Experience CX) portfolio is partnering with Global Marketing and Communication (GMC) organization to build a transformational Enterprise Digital Asset Management solution that has major business value impact to entire marketing organization and potentially to larger Intel when it expands. In this role, you will be partnering closely with several parts of client’s IT as well as broader set of business groups to ensure smooth transition from legacy tools and operating model to future. Transition Change Management, Business Process mapping, Communications and project management support are key parts of this position. Provides great opportunity to network across IT and business groups and be visible in bringing business value and transformation to Intel. Minimal travel may be required to other Intel sites like SC, FM (this can be very minimal as most of the technical and business teams are intact in Oregon). Requirements: • Be the primary business driver for the new GMC Adobe DAM Platform. • Work with GMC teams to Capture DAM needs • Lead in capturing and defining business processes around the DAM platform. • Plan and execute TCM and facilitate landing teams in the new DAM platform. • Be the advocate of user questions and issues and route to the appropriate subject matter experts in IT and GMC to resolve. • Track issues through the stabilization period and prepare reports for team and management consumption • Transition Change Management and cross GMC coordination • Training and Migration coordination from legacy to next-gen platform Key Skills • Project Management and task tracking and execution skills required Adobe AEM/DAM expertise, if any, would be added advantage.
