are followed · Responsible for communicating the project vision to the team
and other stakeholders and ensuring requirements support the vision ·
Overall responsibility for the resource plan, project plan, timeline, and
budget · Manages project scope to achieve expected deliverables – on time
and on budget. Processes change control when necessary · Adapts project
deliverables based upon business requirements/new information
