Responsibilities of the job will be: - Create architecture and design artifacts based on UA requirements using Tibco Business Events, Business Works and EMS as main components. - Implement/develop solutions using Tibco Business Events, Business Works and EMS based on approved designs. - Transfer knowledge of Tibco Business Events and of project implementation details to UA staff. *Job Title:** **SAP Plant Maintenance*** *Duration: 12 Months*** *Location:** **Baytown**, TX* *Rate Open*** *Job Duties:* *Plant Maintenance Analyst.* Work Description: Key requirements are: + Expert knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0; in particular Plant Maintenance Module and its integration with the FI/CO/PTP/PTA Modules. + Expert knowledge of business analysis process and creation of detailed design documentation for system configuration, enhancements, reports, and interfaces. + Experience configuring Plant Maintenance. + Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written). + Knowledge of ExxonMobil legacy SAP systems and current business processes. *BASIC FUNCTION OF THE WORK GROUP** *Resources will be needed to fulfill either base support or project roles. In the support role analysts will be part of a global team providing application support for Plant Maintenance and related processes used by ExxonMobil business users in the IPES / STRIPES (4.0B), the GEMS / NAPES (4.6C), and STRIPES (ECC 6.0) systems. Individuals in the work group perform base support by responding to problem tickets and service requests made by users. In the project role analysts will be part of a global project team responsible for implementing the global Plant Maintenance design as developed in IPES, NAPES, and STRIPES (ECC 6.0), while configuring or customizing the system to meet any predefined functionality gaps or region-specific business processes. *BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS* • Part of a global team. • Handles problems and service requests reported by Plant Maintenance users in several ExxonMobil SAP systems. • Uses the SAP Marketplace as a source of correction for reported problems. • Responsible for learning and maintaining those SAP configuration settings which are the basis for the PM implementations in ExxonMobil’s Refining, Upstream and Chemical plants. • Responsible for learning and maintaining R3 customizations which form part of the PM designs. • Develops business process understanding to expedite understanding of requirements and ability to develop meaningful test cases. • Responsible for learning and maintaining interfaces between R3 and external tools/systems used by Plant Maintenance for work order scheduling, equipment design specifications and equipment reliability analysis. • Provides consultation regarding the technical feasibility of proposed enhancements to the PM designs and their impact on current processes. • Develops functional specifications for proposed enhancements. • Provides consultation to program developers regarding program corrections and enhancements to the PM SAP implementations. • Performs initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements. • Develops user and support documentation for enhancements made to the PM design. • Maintains batch job variants used in the PM implementations. • Develops and conducts training in PM processes. *SKILL REQUIREMENTS** *• University degree. • Experience with multiple SAP releases including 4.0B, 4.6C and ECC 6.0 is desired. • Knowledge of SAP MM module functionality including: o PM - Plant Maintenance (notifications, work order processing, work selection, planning and scheduling, preventative maintenance calls, inspections, equipment characteristics and classification, timesheets and work confirmation) o QM - Quality Management o RLM - Remote Logistics Module o IM - Investment Management o MM - Purchasing Functions for Materials and Services and use of BOMs in Plant Maintenance o CATS - Cross Application Timesheets • Course work and/or experience with basic accounting principles. • Speak, read and write English fluently. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent problem solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
