Salesforce.com developer/Analyst -HOT!!! 12+ months St. Charles, MO – *Locals / Midwest* *POSITION SUMMARY:* · *Most Important ***Salesforce.com with a developer/technical mindset and a business background, heavy documentation* · *We need more expertise on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Someone that has been a string developer but wants to get more in a lead role on design and specifications* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Ensure strong alignment and integration with the IT and eBusiness teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications • Partnering with all markets to build and then maintain the regional SFA (Sales Force Automation) roadmap. • Work alongside BA to ensure technical needs/questions are asked during design • Document Test cases for Test driven development • Work with vendor partners during development to resolve questions and provide more clarity • Oversee application configuration changes and versioning over time • Ensure SFDC consistency to maximize reuse across the region • Escalate issues to Level 3 support: Infrastructure, DB, and application support teams • Ensure the management of code deployment and smoke testing is aligned with release schedule • Responsible for release notes • Keep technical documentation current as business requirements evolve • Review functional usage and maintain ensure process evolution with business evolves *Required:* • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields • 3-5 years+ of experience • Very good functional and domain *understanding* of CRM Sales and Service Cloud • Business requirement and process documentation expertise | • Integration experience with CRM • Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment • Salesforce.com or other CRM system experience • Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication and collaboration skills *Highly Desirable:* • High volume, high availability, system design and analysis experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • High level technical knowledge of systems: architecture, design patterns, and data modelling preferred • Cloud scalability • Global PCI and PII security expertise • Experience in the following technologies a plus since the company uses these: .Net, CRM, Data Analysis, ERP, Web Services, SQL, Tableau, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS -- *Best Regards,* *Mahesh* *mah...@technorocketsystems.com <mah...@technorocketsystems.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
