MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Seasoned Java Developer with strong working knowledge with Java/J2EE technologies Successful Senior Developer must be able to meet all deadlines Understand Application Design Architecture approaches Experience in OOAD architecture and modeling and designing artifacts Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform Extensive Java / J2EE programming experience on multiple application servers and middleware platforms Solid SQL programming and development using Oracle Strong Programming Skills in designing and implementation of multi-tier applications using Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, HTML, JSF, Struts, JavaScript, Servlets, JavaBeans, CSS, EJB, XSLT, JAXB Strong development experience in design RESTful WS/JSM payload services Familiar with relational database structures Prepares technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written Performs technical design reviews and code reviews Ensures unit test completion, meets test plan requirements, system testing is completed according to plan Assesses current status and supports data information planning Mentors others and may lead multiple or small to medium sized projects.
