Five years developer experience *Core Requirements:* 1. 2+ years experience with XML tools and technologies such as XSL, SLT (Stylesheet Language Transformation), Schema, XMLSpy, StylusStudio, Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB), dom4J 2. 1+ year experience in .NET or J2EE development using tools and technologies such as Visual Studio and C# 3. 2+ years experience in web service development using tools and technologies such as Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) 4. 2+ experience of Microsoft SQL Server including use of ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) and JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) connections. 5. Demonstrated ability to communicate with people having non-technical backgrounds 6. Demonstrated ability to generate application development and test documentation utilizing object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) techniques and the Unified Modeling Language (UML). 7. Experience creating UML Artifacts such as; Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class, Object, Component, Deployment, Package and State Diagrams. 8. Experience with writing Test Cases 9. Experience with creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) 10. Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) 11. Experience utilizing Iterative Development processes (e.g. RUP) *Desired Skills and Experience* · Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members · Experience with IBM WebSphereMQ (MQSeries) · Development experience with WebSphere Message Broker · Experience administering and maintaining structured development environment and processes · Criminal justice application development experience · Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA) · Experience with BEA Inc. Aqua Logic Enterprise Service Bus (ALSB) · Experience with BEA Inc.
