Proven project experience and a track record of delivery:
• 5+ years experience working on projects as business analyst.
• Able to demonstrate experience of delivering on large/complex,
regional/global projects, which includes managing multiple stakeholders
concurrently.
• Excellent oral and communication skills with all levels of staff and
stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and listening skills especially in conversation with
users.
• Bring answers along with problems to the attention of your peers,
supervisors and Leadership Team members.

• Familiarity with the Shell Project Delivery Framework methodology, or
similar.

*Position Description*



Purpose This position provides Senior Business Analysis expertise to deliver
Global projects within the Oil portfolio delivered out of London, in
accordance with Industry Best Practice and the Project Delivery Framework.
This position is located in Houston, TX.

This is a Global Compliance Project managed from London. Candidate will be
based in Houston, TX and work closely with business and IT experts in
Houston, TX.

Position Description - Accountabilities As Senior Business Analyst you will
have the following responsibilities:

Project Delivery
Coordination & Communication
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Communicating with team members and project stakeholders to ensure
complete clarity of solution plan.
• Coordinate with Business Analyst colleagues to ensure alignment of
methodology and sharing of best practices.
• Plan, arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops and relations with
client/users throughout project.
• Proactive in highlighting issues and risks as necessary without delay to
the Project Manager and/or Team Lead.
• Arrange, prepare for, and conduct meetings with and presentations to a
wide variety of audiences with differing levels of technical understanding,
demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication and persuasive
skills.

*System Design** *


• Possess technical aptitude and experience to take technical responsibility
for all aspects of systems specification and design.
• Assesses software packages on their ability to meet all or parts of
specified requirements and advises colleagues and management on their
technical suitability.
• Ensure that designs take full account of specified requirements and
constraints.
• Co-ordinate and manage the investigation of corporate data requirements,
documenting them according to the required standards utilising the
prescribed methods and tools.

Business Process Design
• Investigate and describe current business processes; identify the
organisational structure undertaking and supporting current and future
business activities.

Documentation & Standards
• Ensure all work is documented using the selected standards, methods and
tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
• Arrange, prepare for and conduct meetings ensuring full and accurate
records are produced and kept.
• Advise on appropriate documentation formats and documentation methodology
to satisfy project requirements.

• Lead and perform Business Analysis activities.
• The Business Analyst will report to the Project Manager based in London,
and provide regular updates on progress. Both Business Analysis and Project
Management experience preferred.
Position Description - Special Challenges • Working with London based PM and
Houston based Project team.
• Leadership and influence over Business representatives and IT staff to
ensure required IT Project deliverables are understood and delivery enabled.

• Engagement with stakeholders that have limited available time to provide
information, given the nature of the trading environment.
Position Description - Additional Comments • Candidate should be a
self-starter able to take on deliverables, engage others as necessary, and
handle them as appropriate with limited direction from project management
team.

*Job Description:*



Contractor must have knowledge of application and infrastructure systems,
middleware, open gateways, and multiple database technologies. This
individual will have to coordinate and construct the design, management, and
development of multiple projects and select the most efficient and reliable
technologies to meet the demands of the business group.

Must have Requirements:5+ years domain knowledge of Healthcare architecture
projects
Strong Oral and written communication skills

Accountable for the architecture and detailed design of the solution to be
implemented as part of the business requirements/needs. Solution will need
to be in alignment with enterprise solution architecture and components
within the corporate infrastructure in addition to the standards for PEGA
implementations. Must have knowledge with Web architectures including
application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) along
with infrastructure platforms that make up an ESB.
A solid background with integration, including integrating PRPC using TIBCO
and services a plus.
Experience in healthcare industry
