Here is the job description: Position: Test Team Lead Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Duration: 6 months *MUST have a Green card or be a US Citizen!!!!* Position Summary Lead test team in the execution of daily responsibilities, including Test Strategy Development, Test Planning, Test Cases development and test execution. Interface with Functional (Business) Analysts, developers and project management. Mandatory Skills: General • Highly developed communication skills – verbal and written • Ability to assess a situation and create solutions • Good coordination, leadership and planning skills • 4+ Years of Test Team Lead experience • Specific quality assurance and software testing experience • 6-10 years experience in Software Testing and procedures related to QA and Software Testing • Familiar with industry best practices e.g. CMM (Capability Maturity Model), ISO (International Standards Organization) 9000, IEEE, QAI Technical/Qualifications Necessary Skills: • PeopleSoft experience (preferably PeopleSoft Financials versions 8.x-8.9) • Assign and monitor test work on a day to day basis • Report test status to QA Manager and Project Managers • Quality assurance and software testing experience: • Proficient with Software Development Life Cycles & role of quality assurance and software testing • Proficient with requirements definition, documentation, and review • Proficient with testing process and methodology • Expert level Test Strategy development • Expert level Detailed Test Planning • Expert level Test Execution and management including Defect Tracking and Reporting • Proficient with test environmental definition & planning • Proficient with Change Management • Able to perform all types of testing, i.e. functional, regression, etc. • High level knowledge of client/server, mainframe, and web environments and testing concepts specific to each • Experience with Automated testing tools, preferably HP Mercury Suite • Experience with at least one software testing methodology • Excellent/ Demonstrated estimating skills • Proficient with project management software, i.e. MSProject • QA Certification and/or test tool certification a plus -- Regards, Gabriel Agile Enterprise Solutions, Inc || "Ensuring Client's Success"|| Ph: (630)-242-8896 x 302 Fax: (847)-890-6357 www.agilees.com|| Email: [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oracleguru" group.
