lead role for IPM (Image and Process MGMT).

The roll is for a technical lead position. You need to have a strong IPM
background. You will be leading a small team of about 3 for a content
management roll out with Oracle EBS.
Keep rates competitive as we are in a recession. Keep it lean until we come
out of recession and we will all be rewarded by our clients as the market
recovers. NOTE: Candidates may push back on rate but you need to INFORM
them that we are into a deep recession and we can most likely adjust rate in
6-12 months from now.
