Job Description: Lead SAP HCM ABAP Developer for the following major self-service components: Benefits, Leave Request/Approval, Travel, Review and understand business requirements and convert into technical specs Responsible for creating/changing existing ABAP components Responsible for changing Webdynpro (ABAP and Java) applications Developing and delivering SAP workflow-based solutions Creation/modification of Adobe forms Perform unit and integration testing Defect resolution including debugging complex scenarios Required Qualifications Significant implementation and support experience as an HCM Technical ABAP consultant At least three (3) HCM project implementations including Self-service components Experience with the following Self-service components: Benefits, Travel, Leave Request/Approval, W-4 Minimum five (5) years experience as an ABAP developer Minimum two (2) years experience in Webdynpro ABAP Experience with SAP's enhancement framework for modifying existing SAP applications Workflow and ADOBE forms implementation experience preferred Experience in documentation of development objects Knowledge of SAP and Agile implementation methodologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must be able to participate in an Agile team environment Ability to effectively communicate technical expertise to developers Thanks & Regards Naveen Sr Techincal Recruiter Advent Global Solutions, Inc.
