This person must have industry experience in the area of supporting/utilizing clinical data and experience working on requirements for data repositories/data stores. This person will lead and facilitate workshops, elicit and write requirements, drive clarity and consensus, follow-up with the business and vendor on action items, and work closely with the client and project team in IS, as well as with the business. The Senior BA will work with all process owners and subject matter experts within the client environment to capture business processes and requirements. The BA will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including process design, the analysis of user, functional and technical requirements, the development of requirement specifications and use cases, and assisting during the testing phases. *Position Responsibilities and Requirements:* Strong Data Governance skills in developing a data governance framework for the Project and Solution. Act as a liaison between subject matter experts, end users, and all involved in the data supply chain to resolve issues and meet objectives.
