As best I can determine, my sound card is a YAMAHA AC-XG Audio Device. This is what Windows refers to it as.
I don't know what is in the laptop, but since it is a closed case, without any real way to open it I am pretty sure this is the audio hardware I have. The other devices listed unter device manager were things like "Legacy Drivers" and Audio and Video Codexes.
